Estimate/Costing/Budget preparation for Multi storied buildings including services related works. 6. Processing and scrutiny of RA bills of vendor and reconcile the quantity with respect of work order v/s actual execution. 7. Prepare Consolidated MIS report periodically. |

Study and evaluate the BOQ and Technical Specifications for MEP related work. 5 Ensure laying of water supply pipe lines and plumbing systems and quality audit of water supply fittings and fixtures and electrical fittings, fixtures, cables, LT and HT works. 6. Checking/preparation of running bills and measurements 7. Review and approve test certificate of MEP installations and commissioning. |
