Organize periodic review meetings, prepare and circulate minutes. 4. Prepare preliminary and actual budget for Projects works and necessary revisions if required. 5. Estimate/Costing/Budget preparation for Multi storied buildings including services related works. 6. Processing and scrutiny of RA bills of vendor and reconcile the quantity with respect of work order v/s actual execution. 7. Prepare Consolidated MIS report periodically. |

Study schedules and monitor progress of MEP works. 2. Approval of materials with project specifications. 3. Study and evaluate the tender documents for MEP related work. 4. Study and evaluate the BOQ and Technical Specifications for MEP related work. 5 Ensure laying of water supply pipe lines and plumbing systems and quality audit of water supply fittings and fixtures and electrical fittings, fixtures, cables, LT and HT works. 6. Checking/preparation of running bills and measurements 7. Review and approve test certificate of MEP installations and commissioning. |
